From initially contacting us to the ending result, here is the expectation on how we conduct our business with you.
Free Consultation
In our first meeting, we will go over what visions and ideas you have for your project as well as timelines and logistics. You will then receive a project estimate detailing the desired work to be completed.
Design Process
Once our clients are satisfied we will begin our final drawings, designed specifically to your quote. The prices may be altered in respect of your choice of exact materials. As they are finalized our team will notify you of availability and assure you're satisfied.
Contract
Once our clients are happy with the design and pricing of the project. It will be time to begin the contract signing with us. The contract will state all work to be done, along with the process. The final price after tax will be included along with payment structures depending on job size. Once the contract is signed and first deposit made, the client will be booked into our schedule.
Client Meeting
Our team will go over the project specifications, materials, and locate follow-ups that will be called for the property before the project is started. Assuring a smooth start to the project, the client will be contacted in advance for the exact start date and to discuss the final details
Project, Design & Details
Our project designer will collaborate on the details of the project with the foremen. All crew members will be designated to your project and will complete the project in a respectful and timely manner. Our Crew is highly skilled and experienced in the operation of equipment and assuring quality in the work to be finished. The goal is to have the client happy and stress-free during this process
Client Satisfaction
Our team leader will go over the final results from the finishing product with you. We make sure our client is 100% satisfied with the final results. We believe our relationship with our clients doesn't end with the completion of the project. We encourage our clients to reach out if they have any questions after the project is done.
